This is a polyester short-sleeved dress! The base is black, but it has a incredibly flashy candy pattern, with colors typical of Anna Sui!!
Also, the brand logo is subtly designed within the candies!!
Frills are designed vertically on both sides of the neckline, creating a cute design!!
